Sphere icon theme is complete and well designed for Linux. Last version 1.2.5 released in 2013 and got many improvements. We added blue places in our PPA, if you want to try other colors (Dust, Orange, Red, Green, Petrol and Violet) then scroll to see the commands for that colors, first of all install icons then change color of places if you want to change any. Sphere icons offer more than 8000 icons from 16x16 to 255x255 sizes. The development of this icon set is stopped, so do not expect any update for missing icon. You can use Unity Tweak ToolGnome-tweak-tool or Ubuntu-Tweak to change icons.

aTunes is a rich featured audio player and organizer, released under GNU General Public License. It is multi-platform available for Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows, it is written in Java language. It has ability to rip songs from audio CDs (for Linux it needs extra packages (cdparanoia, cdda2wav, icedax) or optional encoders (oggenc, lame, flac). aTunes is an alternative to many other players such as Amarok, Clementine, foobar2000 or even iTunes.
It currently plays several popular audio formats (mp3, ogg, wma, wav, flac, mp4, m4a, ra, rm, cue), as well as allowing users to easily edit tags, and organize their music collection. aTunes runs on any platform with a Java 6 compatible Runtime Enviroment. Additionally users can play online radio stations, podcasts and rip songs from their audio CDs.
aTunes can only READ iPod contents until 4th generation. It has not been tested with later versions. It can't write songs to iPod. However, aTunes can write to many generic mp3 players acting as external hard drive (i.e. mass storage devices).
Voice commands allows you to perform some main actions with voice. It offers this facility in 67 languages and at this moment 95 voice commands are available. It allows user to their own voice to enhance their overall Linux experience. The function of this program starts running play_stop.sh script, which will start recording your voice, and if after five seconds, or run it again, start voice recognition, for now, make one of all commands available.

Fritzing is an open-source hardware initiative that makes electronics accessible as a creative material for anyone. Aimed at users who want to produce or document circuits and experiments, one starts by building a physical prototype, then recreating it with Fritzing's graphical editor. From there one can generate a schematic, PCB artwork, and PCB production files.
The Fritzing company offer a software tool, a community website and services in the spirit of Processing and Arduino, fostering a creative ecosystem that allows users to document their prototypes, share them with others, teach electronics in a classroom, and layout and manufacture professional pcbs.
Fritzing offers several ways to easily create the part that you need. Fritzing is installed with a Parts Library and every new release brings new parts. In Fritzing, parts are organized into "bins" which can be accessed from the parts palette on the right. Simply drag a part on the sketch area to use it, and then adapt its properties in the info palette.

Nightingale is a free and open-source desktop audio player and web-browser, it is fork of the Songbird media player. It has beautiful interface with a wide range of supported audio formats including flac, all with multi-platform support (Linux, Windows, and Mac). It supports extensions and skins feathers. Like Firefox/Iceweasel, it is built from the Mozilla cross-platform and open source framework, based on Songbird. Users can add features and change functionality in Nightingale by installing extensions (add-ons).
Skins are referred to as "feathers" in Nightingale, and give users and artists the ability to change the look of Nightingale via an extension which generates a default skin. Using CSS (and optionally XUL), and an image manipulation program such as Photoshop or GIMP, users are then able to make Nightingale look however they want.
FocusWriter is a lightweight, full-screen, distraction-free rich feature word processor, it is cross-platform available for Linux, MS Windows, and Mac. This program is translated into many different languages. It utilizes a hide-away interface that you access by moving your mouse to the edges of the screen, allowing the program to have a familiar look and feel to it while still getting out of the way so that you can immerse yourself in your work.

Trevilla themes set contains various flavors which are made by ninorpanama. Developer mentioned themes are mostly like metro-style. These themes are designed to work with GTK3/2. Trevilla themes are available in 5 different variants Trevilla-Dark, Trevilla-White, Trevilla-White-Orange, Trevilla-White-Blue. This update brings compatibility with latest GTK and it has two icon sets.
DockBarX is lightweight dock/taskbar/panel replacement for Linux desktop which works as stand-alone dock (called DockX), as an Avant Window Navigator applet, as a Xfce4 panel applet, as a matepanel applet or as a legacy Gnome2 panel applet. DockbarX is a fork of dockbar made by Aleksey Shaferov and the DockbarX branch is developed by Matias Särs. DockBarX is free software and is licensed under GPL3.
It has features like autohide, dodge windowsm dodge the active window, Unity progress bars and badges support as well as dynamic quicklists.

Flattice theme is based on Flatts theme, it is modified by vinceliuice from gnome-look.org site. It is simple and flat designed to make desktop clean and beautiful. It has themes for Gtk3, Gtk2, Metacity, Unity, Xfwm4.
FlatBird theme is flat and clean, it is designed for Unity, Gnome, Xfce, and Openbox desktop. There are two versions of this theme flat-borders and round-borders. These themes are tested in Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty/13.10 Saucy.
You can use Unity Tweak ToolGnome-tweak-tool or Ubuntu-Tweak to change themes.

ThemeColorizer is great tool to create different color variations of themes, it is free and easy to use application. By default it works with Ambiance and Radiance themes because ".tcconf" files of these themes are included with this application, for other themes you need to manually configure ".tcconf" files, they are easy to make.
In order to make variants of a theme simply open theme path select theme folder then choose color and save theme to /home/user/.themes location. Then use Unity Tweak ToolGnome-tweak-tool or Ubuntu-Tweak to change themes.
