Install CobiBird theme in Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty/13.10 Saucy/13.04 Raring/12.10 Quantal/12.04 Precise/Linux Mint 17/16/15/14/13 (GTK + Xfce)

CobiBird themes is based on Greybird theme with dark menus and it is lightweight and smooth theme. Creator made it compatible with latest GTK and retouch menubar items, menu adjustment, color selection fix, improves insensitive menus, fixed menu separators, and made compatible with all file managers.
