Install GeeTeeDee Fancy Task Management tool in Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty/13.10 Saucy/13.04 Raring/12.10 Quantal/12.04 Precise/Linux Mint 16/15/14/13/Other Ubuntu derivatives

GeeTeeDee is fancy looking, lightweight task management tool, it is based on Qt4. It keeps everything simple to let you stay focused on what is really important - getting things done. It collects tasks and can group them easily, group customization is allowed by adding new group. Allows to create timed tasks and view details of task at any time. Drag and drop of tasks from one group to other or group drag drop feature.

Release notes:
  • Issues with broken libnotify dependencies fixed.
  • Preferences dialog added.
  • GeeTeeDee now depends on system Qt4 (>= 4.8.0).
  • Each task group now displays information about a number of contained tasks.
  • New version brings a calendar to easily select a due date.
  • Fix a possible data loss when user performs a logout or a shutdown of the system.
  • New fancy scrollbars implemented to replace the standard ones.

To install GeeTeeDee in Ubuntu/Linux Mint/other Ubuntu derivatives open Terminal (Press Ctrl+Alt+T) and copy the following commands in the Terminal:
