Install GWoffice (Google Drive) in Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal/Ubuntu 12.04 Precise/Linux Mint 13

GWoffice is a desktop application designed as a bridge between one's Ubuntu desktop and the Google Drive (where the files are to be stored), basically, incorporating under a user-friendly interface the versatility and enhanced availability of Google Docs.
Google Web Office brings your google drive to your dektop. It offers you a nice interface to its editing abilities and also gives you basic syncing for offline use.
