LauncherFolders is an easy way to organize applications in the folder to Unity Launcher. It allows you to add applications, files, folders, web apps, URL links and shell scripts in the folder which stays on Unity launcher. You can create custom folders as many as you like and organize your favorite application with in folder.
Once you click on the folder icon it expands the list of apps/shortcuts/links added to that folder. This application is similar to Unity Drawers tool.

Drawers creates a launcher for the Unity panel that can contain any combination of files, web links or directories. Just drop a file on the launcher and it will be added. Left-clicking the launcher "opens a drawer" with an icon view of each item for launching. Right-clicking allows fast launching through quicklists.
